Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking motivated individuals to join a healthcare pharmacy team in Singapore. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and exposure to daily pharmacy operations, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

You will assist with dispensing-related tasks, manage stock, and provide basic administrative support while learning under pharmacists. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or above.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to handle loads up to 10 kg.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented; good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the pharmacy.
• Support pharmacists and the team with dispensing-related tasks.
• Prepare, arrange and replenish medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Perform stock checks and inventory management.
• Assist with receiving, organising and moving pharmacy supplies.
• Ensure items stored accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Provide basic administrative and operational support.
• Handle loads of up to 10kg as part of daily duties.
