Responsibilities

• Be the face of BullionStar, greeting customers, understanding needs, guiding product choices, and completing transactions with care and professionalism.
• Handle precious metals transactions, including purchases and sell-backs, ensuring authenticity and accuracy.
• Identify process improvements or better customer experiences and propose solutions for marketing, affiliate programs, and care initiatives.
• Switch between in-person customer service at the counter and writing emails/handling calls to support customers throughout the day.
• Leverage AI tools to draft communications, streamline inventory processes, and research market trends.
