Job summary

BullionStar, Singapore’s leading precious metals dealer, seeks a Client Services Associate to manage customer inquiries with accuracy and care. You will own communication across channels, uphold confidentiality, and continually improve processes to prevent recurring issues.

Responsibilities

Represent BullionStar in every interaction with customers across emails and phone calls; provide accurate, authoritative responses.
Handle high volumes of enquiries with discipline and consistency; own personal KPIs.
Identify patterns and root causes; propose and implement improvements with the team.
Protect customer trust by upholding confidentiality and data security at all times.
Use AI and technology to draft faster responses, analyze sentiment, and automate repetitive tasks.
