Responsibilities

• Represent BullionStar in Every Interaction - Be the primary contact for customers in person, by email, and phone. Accuracy and product knowledge are essential.
• Handle Volume Without Dropping the Standard - Manage high enquiry volumes with consistency and care.
• Think Beyond the Ticket - Spot recurring issues, recommend improvements, and refine processes.
• Protect Customer Trust - Safeguard sensitive financial data and uphold confidentiality.
• Use AI and Technology to Do Better Work - Apply tools to draft faster responses, analyse trends, and automate tasks.
