Job summary

BullionStar in Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Officer to greet customers, guide product selections, and process transactions with accuracy and care. The role mixes in-person service with remote support via email and phone, keeping interactions confident and friendly.

You will develop deep knowledge of the precious metals market, work with AI tools to improve communications and operations, and grow within a fast-paced, founder-led team that values ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of BullionStar – greet customers, understand needs, guide products, complete transactions.
• Handle Precious Metals with Care – assist purchases, receive sell-backs, test authenticity.
• Spot problems and propose improvements – suggest faster processes and better customer experiences.
• Thrive on variety – switch between counter service and emails/phone support.
• Use AI and technology to work smarter – draft communications, research trends, improve processes.
