Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in EE, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemical; optional if 10+ years in process-related semiconductor roles.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor processes.
• Strong understanding of DRAM and NAND operation and structure and data from front-end and backend.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI structural uniformity and cross-loop integration for critical modules; own end-to-end integration strategies.
• Develop model-based root cause analysis for transport, reaction kinetics, and geometry effects.
• Define inline monitoring and defence lines to ensure uniformity control.
• Drive world-wide technical alignment and scalable solutions across sites.
