Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in market finance, with front office focus on rates.
• Deep expertise in Interest Rate Derivatives and RFQ workflows.
• Strong knowledge of pricing models, yield curves, and risk metrics.
• Proficient in Python for analytics and automation; SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with front office systems such as Orchestrade and MarkitWire.
• Familiarity with FPML and external data sources like Bloomberg/Refinitiv.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate business workshops to collect requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to decompose requirements into user stories.
• Document functional specs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define data mappings, transformations, and data lineage.
• Coordinate with technical teams for seamless integration.
• Provide L3 functional support and stakeholder management.
