Job summary

Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions for FX Calypso. You will work with IT and finance stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into specifications, and ensure alignment with the bank's front-to-back processes.

You will engage with Post Trade IT, FX IT, and capital markets teams, ensuring successful delivery, testing, and production support within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/CS.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements.
• Understanding of FX, Money Market, and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory reporting (HRF, NORIA, MMSR).
• Experience on Back Office systems and interfacing systems.
• Liaison between onshore IT business and offshore technical teams.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Capital Market FO/BO systems (Calypso, Kondor+, Summit, Murex).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for FX and Money Market in Calypso.
• Prioritize requirements with Product Owner and define user stories.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to align design with requirements.
• Provide functional expertise to development teams.
• Research available solutions to meet requirements.
• Understand technical constraints and participate in design discussions.
• Ensure functional quality and support during production.
• Assess impact on SLAs/OLAs.
• Contribute to BDD with user scenarios and testing.
• Support deployments with pre-requisites and post-checks.
• Train new joiners and resolve functional issues.
• Ensure integration into IT infra with Functional Architect.
• Maintain specs, workload estimates, planning, and test scenarios.
