Job summary

The Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for front office project work and maintenance to support the RFQ workflow and pre-trade pricing integration. You will collaborate with Sales, Traders and IT to implement real-time pricing, deal validation, and downstream booking interfaces.

We require 8+ years in market finance, deep IFR derivatives knowledge, and strong data, system integration, and communication skills. Singapore-based role with a view to run-the-bank activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in market finance, with front office Fixed Income experience.
• Deep expertise in Interest Rate Derivatives (Swaps, Swaptions, Caps/Floors, FRAs).
• Strong knowledge of pre-trade workflows and RFQ systems.
• Understanding of pricing models, yield curves, DV01, duration, convexity.
• Knowledge of rates market conventions and day-count conventions.
• Experience with Front Office/Risk platforms (Orchestrade) and MarkitWire.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters/Refinitiv data sources.
• FPML and static market data knowledge (reference data, price data).
• Python for analytics; SQL and Excel; DevOps: GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management; Jira experience.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot) and understand AI basics.

Responsibilities

• Business Requirement Analysis & Workshop Facilitation: organize and facilitate workshops; collaborate with Product Owner to decompose requirements; draft Functional Specifications; maintain traceability.
• Process Analysis & Change Management: analyze processes; define optimized target processes; identify gaps; support adoption; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Data Analysis & System Integration: identify data sources; map data transformations; document lineage; support migration and reconciliation.
• Application Mapping & Impact Analysis: map app flows; assess project impacts on integrations; coordinate with tech teams; document interfaces.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: liaise between business users and technical teams; provide L3 functional support; foster cross-team collaboration.
• Testing Strategy & QA: define testing strategy; contribute to BDD scenarios; participate in integration testing and UAT; assess production SLAs/OLAs.
• Production Deployment & Support: participate in go-live prep; define prerequisites; deliver training; monitor production and gather feedback.
• Knowledge Management & Enablement: build team knowledge; train new members; maintain documentation; promote reuse.
