Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join the Singapore team, supporting front office RFQ workflows and pre-trade pricing. You will collaborate with Sales, Traders, and developers to implement real-time pricing, validation logic, and seamless downstream integration.

The role requires deep knowledge of market finance operations, RFQ processes, data quality, and FPML, with strong Python, SQL, and Excel skills. Experience with Orchestrade and MarkitWire is highly valuable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in market finance.
• Experience in front office fixed income rates products and pre-trade workflows.
• Strong knowledge of RFQ systems, pricing models, yield curves, and risk metrics.
• Familiarity with data lineage, data quality, and FPML formats.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate workshops to collect and analyze requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to decompose requirements into user stories.
• Draft Functional Specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability between business needs and technical implementation.
• Define data mappings and transformations across systems within the PRICE ecosystem.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and testing.
• Provide L3 functional support and training for team members.
