Job summary

Luxoft Germany in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with Front Office Dealers and Traders on Murex-based projects. You will translate business needs into system requirements and align them with trading workflows.

You will assess current systems, support pricing/booking in Murex, and collaborate on cross-functional STP initiatives. Strong BA background in finance and JIRA/Confluence proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as a Murex Front Office BA.
• Strong exposure to asset classes and front office requirements.
• Experience in Front Office requirement analysis across asset classes.
• Initial analysis of production data and test suites.
• Hands-on Murex trading platform experience (trade booking, lifecycle).
• Proficient with JIRA for agile tracking and Confluence for docs.
• Proven BA experience in financial services, banking, or tech.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and treasury products (FX, derivatives, FI).
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Collaborate with Front Office to design pricing/booking in Murex.
• Work with internal Partners on cross-functional STP pricing/distribution/execution.
• Identify business needs and evaluate pros/cons of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Front Office Dealers and Traders to gather/analyses requirements.
• Represent Treasury & Markets in cross-department committees for priorities.
• Assess existing trading systems to propose improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Map business processes to system requirements for new tech.
• Communicate findings to users and dept heads with clear visuals and docs.
• Ensure new IT solutions comply with policies, risk controls, audits.
