Job summary

Societe Generale Hong Kong Branch in Singapore is seeking a Fixed Income Front Office Software Engineer to join the pricing platform. You will build and enhance real-time pricing and distribution systems for the rates and FX trading desk, delivering changes from desk requirements to production.

You'll collaborate with quantitative analysts and tech teams across global locations, owning incidents and enhancements end-to-end while applying modern delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills with ability to operate under time pressure.
• Autonomous, end-to-end ownership from idea to production deployment.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming with C#/.NET.
• Solid SQL and relational DB experience (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance pricing and distribution systems for the fixed income business.
• Provide hands-on front-office support for traders and sales, resolving issues and driving fixes.
• Gather requirements from the desk and deliver production changes.
• Collaborate with quants and tech teams to deliver integrated pricing capabilities.
• Contribute to a global team across Hong Kong, Paris, London and New York.
