Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a skilled software engineer to join FICC Technology, building large-scale distributed platforms for pricing, risk, and automation across derivatives. You will collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, emphasizing performance, reliability and scalable architecture.

You will work with Java and a modern stack, contribute across the SDLC, and engage with APAC regional initiatives while operating in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience and interest in building large-scale distributed systems with focus on performance, accuracy and reliability.
• Commercial exposure to Java and model development lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to balance global team work with APAC regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified, world-class platform focused on scalability and resiliency for pricing, risk, quoting and automation across FICC derivatives products.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage technical and business audiences and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams on projects with worldwide impact.
• Engage with stakeholders through the SDLC for multiple projects.
• Bring innovative ideas and new approaches to the table.
