Qualifications

• Extensive experience in eTrading domains (any asset class)
• Strong hands-on programming in core Java with Spring/Guice and concurrency
• Experience with AI-assisted development and generative AI tools to improve productivity and quality
• Knowledge of modern trading systems including market data, algo trading, market-making, mass-quoting, and order management
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
• Proactive in tackling technical problems and willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work with global teams and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of agile methodology, TDD, and CI/CD

• Design and develop enhancements to the electronic trading platform for Front Office workflows and analytics
• Drive platform efficiency through consolidation and low-touch integrations
• Contribute to core foundational services used across lines of business
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Apply AI techniques to improve reliability, performance monitoring, analytics, or automation in a regulated environment
• Ensure solutions align with the Global Markets Technology roadmap
