Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant technology experience in application support, production management, or related functions.
• Strong SQL knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages, including Unix Shell and Perl.
• Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Investment Banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and operational oversight for Front Office Equities applications.
• Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, and drive timely resolution.
• Support changes and releases, including production readiness reviews and post-implementation monitoring.
• Develop and enhance monitoring, observability, and automation tooling to reduce operational risk.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and global support groups to ensure smooth service delivery.
