Rogo is seeking a bold Front Office AI Solutions Consultant to join our Forward Deployed team in Singapore. You will lead full-cycle client engagements, translating complex capabilities into financial impact for top banks and funds.

You will engage with bankers and investors, tailor product demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing to craft targeted content. Strong finance sense and AI curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a front office finance role.
• Excellent project management and communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Action-oriented mindset with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailored demos that resonate with investors and deal teams.
• Engage with bankers/investors to understand workflows and demonstrate how Rogo adds value.
• Establish credibility in solving customers' problems (e.g., financial research, M&A advisory, diligence workflows).
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to different financial firms, validating value and showcasing relevant features.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with bankers/investors and their practice areas.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to help the sales team and product iterate based on feedback.
• Tailor introductions of new solutions to customer needs and drive adoption.
• Improve market perception of Rogo as credible and helpful in applying AI to finance.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
