Job summary

Rogo Technologies, Inc in Singapore seeks a Solutions Architect to customize our AI platform for elite financial institutions, designing scalable, secure cloud solutions and ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing infrastructure.

You will own customer architecture, lead security discussions, partner with Sales, and guide onboarding, deployments, and ongoing adoption across enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Ability to lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact during pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Lead architecture reviews, helping customers understand how Rogo integrates with their infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security and engineering to ensure security and compliance requirements are met.
• Build trust with senior technical stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and engineering leadership.
• Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validation.
• Help customers evaluate deployment models, security controls, and integration approaches.
• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and early adoption.
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with engineering to drive resolution.
• Ensure successful long-term adoption and expansion by addressing risks and blockers.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical insights and documentation.
