Job summary

Crema Bella Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Front of House coordinator to support the Restaurant Manager and oversee day-to-day operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, seating guests, and maintaining quality standards.

You will handle reservations and walk-ins, help manage costs, assist with marketing materials, and ensure SOPs across service and knowledge areas are followed. Training and social media content duties are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house operations and guest handling.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating with efficiency.
• Strong service orientation and mindful problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager to oversee all front of the house operations.
• Ensure reservations and walk-ins are seated to optimal capacity.
• Promote excellent service and respond to customer complaints tactfully.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Oversee hygiene standards and waste reduction.
• Assist with marketing posters and social media content weekly.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs covering service knowledge and loyalty building.
