Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking front-of-house staff for a Korean BBQ restaurant in Singapore. You will understand the Korean menu and recommend dishes, manage orders and tables, and maintain clean dining areas.

Follow Korean service standards, work with kitchen and FOH teammates, and contribute to a Muslim-owned establishment. No hygiene cert required; lunch and dinner provided; six working days per week.

Qualifications

• Understand the Korean menu and provide accurate recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly, while keeping tables organised.
• Follow Korean BBQ service standards including banchan, table settings and presentation.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and work well with kitchen and FOH staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide Korean menu knowledge to guests and suggest suitable dishes.
• Ensure orders and tables are managed for timely and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Work closely with kitchen and other FOH staff for smooth service.

Job description

• Food & Beverage Knowledge: Understand the Korean menu and make appropriate recommendations to guests.
• Order & Table Management: Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and correctly, while maintaining clean, organised tables and dining areas.
• Korean Restaurant Standards: Follow proper service procedures for Korean BBQ, side dishes (banchan), table settings, and food presentation.
• Cleanliness & Teamwork: Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, assist with opening/closing duties, and work closely with the kitchen and other FOH staff.
