Job summary

SHE'J PTE. LTD. operates a bustling Korean BBQ & Dining venue in Paya Lebar and seeks a capable Floor Supervisor ready to advance to Manager. You will lead daily service, ensure guest satisfaction, and support a fast-paced team.

2+ years of F&B shift-leading experience required. Tech-savvy with POS systems and mobile apps; fluent English; Korean/Mandarin a plus. Evening/weekend shifts and public holidays are part of the role.

• Oversee POS closing and delivery operations (GrabFood/foodpanda).
• Maintain hygiene standards and address guest feedback with authority.

What You'll Do

• Floor & Service Operations : Lead daily service operations from open to close to ensure top-notch guest experiences.
• Rostering & Staff Schedule Checking : Manage team rosters, check daily shift schedules, and train/support [4-6] hall staff.
• Stock Checking & Supplier Orders : Perform quick app-based stock checking and handle daily/weekly orders from suppliers.
• POS & Delivery Management : Oversee POS closing (Qashier), GrabFood/foodpanda delivery operations.
• Quality & Hygiene : Maintain high SFA hygiene standards and handle guest feedback with full authority.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of F&B shift-leading experience.
• Tech-savvy with POS and smartphone apps.
• Good spoken English (Korean or Mandarin is a big plus to connect with our guests and suppliers).
• WSQ Food Safety Level 1 preferred (We will fully sponsor your course if you don't have it!).
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays.
