Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is hiring Front of House Staff (Entry Level) to deliver warm, friendly service across multiple outlets including Sentosa and Orchard locations. You will assist the Outlet In-Charge to drive outlet sales and ensure customer satisfaction while learning the menu and building storytelling skills.

This entry-level role offers growth toward server duties, with training, role-play assessments, weekend shifts, and opportunities to advance within INITIA Group’s brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a restaurant is advantageous.
• Strong communication and professionalism required.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings.
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables promptly.
• Learn menu items and Korean terminology.
• Assist in taking customer orders after training.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and support senior staff.
