Job summary

INITIA Group is seeking Front of House Staff (Entry Level) to provide warm, friendly service at multiple outlets in Singapore. You will assist in buzzer/table management, food running, and menu mastery, with progression to server duties as you demonstrate skills and knowledge.

Minimum 3 days/week (20–35 hours). Weekend shifts required. Legal to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship not provided. Training and growth opportunities offered within a fast-paced F&B group.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/food & beverage experience is a plus.
• Good communication and active listening are essential.
• Independent, professional, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Buzzers and table management, clearing and resetting tables.
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables accurately and promptly.
• Learn menu items and assist with training and role-play tests.
• Progression to server duties and take customer orders.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and support senior staff.
