Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out for guests following policies.
• May perform room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of hospitality delivery.
• Staff holistic training and potential promotion opportunities.
• Answer guest inquiries via email, phone or counter and assist while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Handle cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float.
