Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Hotel Front Office professional for a front desk role in Bugis, Singapore. You will manage guest check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, and uphold service standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Six working days per week with shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am, with night shifts 1–2 times monthly. Salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 2,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience welcoming guests and handling front desk duties is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain professional hospitality standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including late night hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out for guests.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone or counter and assist accordingly.
• Conduct room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of guest services.
• Cashiering duties and maintaining accurate cash floats.
