Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Air Freight Cargo Operations Specialist in Singapore to plan and optimize cargo allocation, ensuring weight and balance while maximizing aircraft utilization.

You will coordinate loading/unloading with ramp, warehouse and flight operations, oversee handling of oversized, temperature-controlled, dangerous and high-value shipments, and monitor tracking and discrepancies to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in air freight or airline cargo handling.
• In-depth knowledge of air cargo processes and tracking.
• Proven relationships with SATS and Dnata.
• Experience with Boeing 747 freighter operations.
• Willingness to work extended hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize cargo allocation with weight and balance considerations.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with ramp, warehouse and flight ops teams.
• Supervise handling for oversized, temp-controlled, dangerous and high-value shipments.
• Monitor acceptance, build-up and loading to ensure accuracy and service quality.
• Respond to inquiries on tracking, discrepancies, irregular operations and offloads.
• Manage cargo operations for Boeing 747 freighter flights and ground handling ties.
• Ensure compliance with airline, airport and international aviation regs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet delivery commitments.
