Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize space for loading shipments to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders for timely updates on freight statuses.
• Collaborate with airlines to address inquiries related to rates, tracking, and other logistics matters.
• Create and maintain current selling rates and buying forms for customer carriers.
• Ensure timely completion and uplift of all shipments according to agreed terms.
• Produce progress reports and profit & loss statements for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage requests for quotations (RFQs) and tenders efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales teams to provide effective solutions for customer inquiries.
• Track buying and selling rates from customers and airlines.
• Plan and execute all Bulk Unitization Program (BUP) shipments for consolidation.
• Handle bookings with various carriers and coordinate projects as needed.
• Work closely with customer service and warehouse teams on timely shipment schedules.
