Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding, logistics, pricing or commercial support.
• Experience handling quotations, tenders and RFQs.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage freight enquiries and prepare accurate, timely quotations for local and international customers.
• Support the sales team by providing pricing solutions, quotations, and identifying business opportunities with operations and finance on service delivery.
• Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and overseas offices to secure competitive pricing and maintain profitability.
• Review and validate pricing from vendors/partners for accuracy and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit pricing proposals, tenders, and RFQ responses promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and freight rates to support competitive, commercially sound solutions.
• Ensure quotations and proposals comply with company policies and service standards.
