Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate shipment operations for a well established freight forwarding company at Loyang Way. The role involves coordinating with overseas offices, briefing customers on progress, and handling shipping documents.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and 3–5 years of relevant experience; Sysfreight knowledge is a plus. Working hours are 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, on site in Loyang.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Possess Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.).
• Handle and process all shipping documentation.
• Manage customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Perform other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.
