Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd in Loyang Way, Singapore, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with 3–5 years of relevant experience to coordinate shipment operations across overseas offices and local contractors. You will keep customers informed on collection, shipping and arrival dates, and handle all shipping documentation.

The role offers 8.30am–5.30pm (Mon–Fri) with a salary of SGD 3,500–4,500 plus AWS and performance bonuses, plus clear career progression within a well-established freight forwarding

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Possess Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.).
• Handle and process all shipping documentation.
• Make customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.
