Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contract freight forwarding for inbound/outbound shipments cost effectively.
• Generate documents per customer orders and track shipment schedules.
• Support outbound/inbound shipments and sampling quality checks.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments to ensure requirements met.
• Prepare documents (delivery orders, packing lists) for shipments.
• Prepare freight invoices for payment processing.
• Process and follow up Marine insurance claims.
• Coordinate with operations for stock taking and control.
• Assist Logistic Manager in related logistics matters.
