Job summary

TCB Group in Singapore is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Changi office. You will drive new business in freight and logistics, develop a robust pipeline and build lasting relationships with customers across Singapore and the wider region.

Working with marketing and operations, you will follow up leads, tailor freight solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process from first contact to onboarding. A proven track record in freight forwarding sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the freight forwarding or wider logistics industry.
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of international freight forwarding, ideally across sea and air freight services.

Responsibilities

• Following up qualified sales and marketing leads and developing them into new customer opportunities.
• Identifying and approaching prospective customers with relevant freight and logistics requirements.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across sea, air and other freight services.
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Working closely with the marketing team to coordinate lead generation, outreach activity and sales follow-up.
• Liaising with operations and pricing teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and suitable freight solutions and quotations are provided.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to quotation, follow-up and customer onboarding.
• Keeping accurate records of sales activity, customer discussions, opportunities and outcomes within company systems.
• Representing TCB Group professionally in customer meetings, calls and other business development activity.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of TCB Group’s Singapore customer base.
