Job summary

PENANSHIN AIR EXPRESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales & Business Development professional to identify and convert new opportunities, deliver compelling pitches, and grow the customer base in freight forwarding.

You will collaborate with Operations, Accounts, and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery, negotiate contracts, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships. 5-day work week with comprehensive benefits and potential AWS.

Qualifications

• 1 years of sales experience preferred.
• Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
• Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and sales visits.
• Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
• Participate in contract discussions and price negotiations with clients.
• Strive to provide the best customer experience and maintain professional standards throughout the negotiation process.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure a smooth post-sales process and maintain excellent after-sales support.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Accounts, and Customer Service to fulfill client requirements and meet targets.
• Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
