Job summary

Asia Advance Human Resource in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive (Freight Forwarding) to support order fulfilment and coordination with customers and couriers. The role requires accurate data entry, timely updates on shipment status and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Working hours are 9am to 6pm, five days a week, in the Jurong area with potential for permanent offer based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in order fulfilment or freight forwarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in Jurong.

Responsibilities

• Support the Order Fulfilment Executive with local and export orders.
• Enter orders into the system and prepare picking lists.
• Coordinate with customers and couriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Update customers on shipment status.
• Handle outward courier declarations.
• Assist with monthly stock cycle counts.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
