ASCENSION ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive (Freelance) in Singapore to identify and win new clients across recruitment, staffing and HR solutions. The role offers flexible working hours, a commission-only structure with up to 15% commissions, and opportunities to build a strong corporate network. You will approach potential clients, present ASCENSION ADVISORY PTE. LTD.'s services, and work with our teams to ensure a smooth handover and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, HR, or staffing is a plus.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Able to independently approach prospective clients.
• Results-driven with a strong business development mindset.
• Self-motivated; comfortable with commission-only freelance work.
• Existing corporate network or client contacts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across recruitment and HR solutions.
• Prospect and approach potential corporate clients through cold outreach and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers.
• Understand clients' recruitment and HR needs and present suitable solutions.
• Arrange meetings and present ASCENSION ADVISORY PTE. LTD.'s services to prospects.
• Negotiate and secure new client accounts and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Coordinate with Account Servicing and Recruitment teams for smooth handovers.
• Identify opportunities to expand client base and revenue.

• Position: Business Development Executive (Freelance)
• Commission: Up to 15% + Recurring Commission + Incentive Bonuses

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across recruitment, staffing and HR solutions.
• Prospect and approach potential corporate clients through cold outreach, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, business owners and key decision-makers.
• Understand clients' recruitment and HR needs and introduce suitable solutions.
• Arrange meetings and present Ascension Advisory's services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and secure new client accounts and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Work closely with the Account Servicing and Recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired clients.
• Continuously identify opportunities to expand the client base and generate new revenue.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, HR, Staffing or related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Able to independently identify and approach prospective clients.
• Results-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-only / freelance basis.
• Existing corporate network or client contacts will be an advantage.
