Job summary

ASCEND BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Freelance Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue. This is a fully commission-based role with no income ceiling, offering uncapped earning potential for top performers.

You will source and qualify candidates, generate leads through cold calls and networking, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate interviews and placements to close deals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment or hiring preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
