You will analyse markets, propose strategies, visit centres, and support franchisees to improve instructional quality and parent communication. The role emphasizes customer focus, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to plan marketing, expansion, and onboarding of new franchisees.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Make recommendations and develop strategies through analysis to achieve positive business growth and improve the quality of instruction to students, as well as communication with parents
• Visit learning centres and conduct follow-up consultations with franchisees to support business growth and enhance instructional quality and parent communication
• Provide learning platforms and opportunities for franchisees to correctly implement the company’s learning methodology and improve centre operations in accordance with operational guidelines
• Identify marketing needs and support franchisees in developing marketing strategies in collaboration with the relevant internal teams
• Formulate area expansion strategies together with internal stakeholders to address market competition and increase market share
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute the launch and onboarding of new franchisees, supporting network expansion
• Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong customer focus with experience in relationship management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree
• Relevant experience in areas such as customer service, business development, training, or education will be highly advantageous
• Passion for working in the education sector
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
