IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a senior fragrance strategist based in Singapore (hybrid). You will develop strategies, guide perfumers, and leverage sensory insights to drive innovation.

You will manage cross-functional projects, apply market insights, ensure regulatory and cost considerations, and build strong relationships with customers to deliver competitive fragrance solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent olfactive communication skills to support the creative process.

• Develop and execute fragrance strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Provide olfactive direction and guide perfumers to identify winning fragrance solutions.
• Leverage fragrance banks and sensory insights to drive innovation and commercialization.

• Apply market and brand insights to identify trends and future opportunities.
