Where You’ll Make a Difference

Develop and execute fragrance strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business profitability. Lead the creative fragrance development process by providing olfactive direction, guiding perfumers, and identifying winning fragrance solutions. Leverage fragrance expertise and resources including fragrance banks, olfactive terminology, fragrance genealogy, and sensory insights to drive innovation. Manage projects effectively by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and ensuring clear stakeholder communication. Apply market, consumer, and brand insights to support fragrance development, identify trends, and uncover future business opportunities. Ensure technical, regulatory, and cost compliance by understanding raw material economics, regulatory requirements, and resource optimization. Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships through collaboration, presentations, and effective communication of fragrance strategies and solutions. Promote innovation and commercialization by leveraging new technologies, consumer preferences, and holistic scent design strategies to deliver competitive fragrance solutions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.
• Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets.
