Qualifications

- Experience in product development, process development, scale-up, and industrialization.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
- Proven problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, and industrialization of fragrance delivery system technologies.
- Support manufacturing scale-up and technology transfer activities.
- Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage milestones.
