Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Chanel brand, heritage, and fragrance/beauty business.
• Provide personalized fragrance consultation and tailor-made experiences for clients.
• Achieve sales targets and promote cross-selling; retain, recruit and grow client return rates.
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for clients.
• Act as a Chanel ambassador, educate and inspire clients and enrich fragrance knowledge in the team.
• Curiosity in fragrance culture and trends; proactive self-learner.
