• Achieve sales targets and promote cross-selling; retain, recruit and grow client return rates.
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for clients.
• Act as a Chanel ambassador, educate and inspire clients and enrich fragrance knowledge in the team.
• Curiosity in fragrance culture and trends; proactive self-learner.
