Job summary

Chanel seeks a Fragrance Specialist to craft personalized fragrance journeys for clients and enhance the in-store experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, educating clients on Chanel fragrance heritage and modern offerings while ensuring top-tier service in a luxury retail setting.

You will contribute to meeting sales targets, promote cross-selling, and support a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store and digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fragrance/beauty retail environment.
