Job summary

CHANEL PTE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Fragrance Specialist who passionately creates unique and memorable fragrance experiences for clients at every touchpoint. You will act as a relation artist, contributing to the brand image and driving retail leadership in the market.

You will provide personalized fragrance consultations, promote cross-selling, retain and grow client return rates, and facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Chanel brand, heritage, modernity and fragrance know-how.
• Provide personalized fragrance consultations and tailor-made experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Chanel Brand ambassador role, educating clients and enriching their fragrance experience.
• Share best practices with team and nourish fragrance knowledge and skills.
