• Provide personalized fragrance consultations and tailor-made experiences for clients.
• Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, retain and grow client return rates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Chanel Brand ambassador role, educating clients and enriching their fragrance experience.
• Share best practices with team and nourish fragrance knowledge and skills.
• Lead by example in grooming and professional image to uphold Chanel standards.
