Job summary

Givaudan in Singapore invites applications for a CFM Coordinator (Personal Care). The role focuses on providing administrative, logistical, and operational support to CFMs to ensure smooth coordination of customer projects and samples.

You will collaborate across functional teams to enable timely deliveries and accurate documentation. Key duties include project administration, market samples handling, evaluation setup, and coordination with perfumers, labs, sales, and creation teams.

• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of invoices & shipments for dispatch to Givaudan affiliates or clients.
• Reception of shipment from Givaudan affiliates.
• Request market samples as needed.
• Receive/clean samples & market products sent to category teams.
• Clean-up & maintenance of Fragranceland (together with CFMs).
• Decanting of market samples for internal use and/or client dispatch.
• Key-in registered oil & illustration samples request in IBIS for CFMs or Sales Teams.
• Trace oils orders via LCMS; Raise Paloma requests.
• Key-in wash test request in IBIS & Google Calendar for PC.
• Evaluation sessions mgmt. and preparation of promo kits; communication with labs & sales.

CFM Coordinator - Your future position?

As CFM Coordinator (Personal Care), you need to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to respective CFM(s) to ensure seamless coordination of customer projects, sample management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Project Admin

• Preparation of invoices & shipments for dispatch to Givaudan affiliates or clients
• Reception of shipment from Givaudan affiliates

Market products & samples management

• Request market samples as needed.
• Receive/clean samples & market products sent to category teams.
• Clean-up & maintenance of Fragranceland (together with CFMs)
• Decanting of market samples for internal use and/or client dispatch

Evaluation (Requests and set up)

• Key-in registered oil & illustration samples request in IBIS for CFMs or Sales Teams (e.g. evaluation samples, CMI studies -CLT / HUT-, stability & sensory tests)
• Trace oils orders via LCMS
• Raise Paloma requests
• Key-in wash test request in IBIS & Google Calendar for PC / Eval. prep. for big screenings & client meetings for PC.
• Evaluation sessions mgmt. (including hair salon operation for PC)
• Communication & interface with Perfumers, Application, Creation, Sampling Labs & Sales
• Preparation of promo kits: ordering of samples, print of labels, box decoration and shipment to Givaudan affiliates
• Preparation of specific labels for submissions, workshops or promokits
• Support evaluation performance assessment on swatches / skin or cabins @ different stages for PC
• Regular collection of illustration from Appl Lab for the CFMs.

Support Other Teams

• Ad-hoc support to Perfumers (requests or evaluation booth bookings)
• Ad-hoc support when back-up for other Assistant while on leave
• New support needed identified

Primary Qualifications
