Job summary

Mubadala Energy is seeking a Post order Manager to govern EPC Contractors’ post-award supply chain activities on FPSO projects in a lease-and-operate environment.

You will lead Expediting, Inspection, and Logistics, ensuring procured items align with ROS dates, milestones, and Mubadala Energy quality standards. This role focuses on contractor performance oversight rather than direct execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or relevant field).
• 10+ years of Oil & Gas / Offshore projects / Supply Chain / Post Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Expediting, Inspection, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor EPC Contractors' post-order activities to meet ROS dates and milestones.
• Review expediting strategies, progress, and recovery plans for critical items.
• Oversee contractor performance via KPIs, audits, and progress reviews.
• Ensure inspections comply with project specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with EPC Contractors and vendors through meetings and site visits.
