is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to independently manage the engineering and design of Topsides and Marine facilities for an FPSO project, resolving interfaces across disciplines and supporting fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up of facilities and equipment. You will act as the overall engineering leader for the FPSO project team based in the MOPS project office, delivering engineering within schedule, budget, and quality, in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum 25 years of experience or Master's Degree in Engineering with minimum 23 years of experience
• Experience as FPSO Engineering Manager for at least one FPSO

Responsibilities

• Engineering Management: Independently manage the engineering and design of both Topsides and Marine facilities of FPSO project.
• Leadership: Provide leadership to the topsides and marine engineering team and be the single focal point for all FPSO engineering issues.
• Management of Changes: Supervise implementation of engineering change management and ensure compliance with design freezes.
• Compliance: Ensure delivery of engineering design that complies with Class Society rules, codes, standards, regulatory requirements, and company code of conduct.
• Communication: Lead meetings with Client and external agencies, prepare minutes, progress reports, and communicate effectively internally and externally.
• People Management: Motivate team, provide performance feedback, forecast and manage resources.
• Engineering Budget: Approve manning plan, software budget, and third-party study costs.
• Digitalization: Lead AVEVA implementation and IM/LCI compliance through regular meetings.
