Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is hiring a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the region. You will consolidate market submissions for regional and corporate teams, analyse P&L variances, and partner with market stakeholders, controllers and global shared services on closing activities.

The role requires 2–3 years of FP&A experience in a multinational environment, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with TM1 and SAP is a plus.

Job description

Join a leading multinational consumer goods organization with a strong global footprint hiring for a Financial Analyst.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the region. You will consolidate market submissions for regional and corporate teams, analyse P&L variances to explain what is driving performance, partner closely with market stakeholders, controllers, and the global shared service teams where you will support closing activities, and finance master data. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, where the plan is for the incumbent to progressively take on broader FP&A and business-partnering responsibilities.

You will bring 2 to 3 years of hands-on FP&A experience, ideally in a multinational setting, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting. Strong Excel skills are essential, whereby experience with TM1 and SAP is a plus. Above all, you are detail-oriented, comfortable working across markets and functions, and strong communicator.
