Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a global manufacturing MNC to hire an FP&A Analyst for its Singapore finance team. The role offers exposure to regional planning and reporting, with responsibility for supporting assigned business departments and working with overseas stakeholders.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting across Singapore while partnering with business stakeholders and contributing to finance process

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SAP/Power BI is advantageous.
• 1–2 years of FP&A and budgeting experience; solid understanding of Balance Sheet, P&L and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and planning submissions for Singapore and regional entity; maintain budget, forecast and KPI trackers.
• Support monthly closing, financial data extraction and reconciliation; analyse P&L performance and budget-to-actual variances, and prepare management reports and presentation decks.
• Partner with assigned departments to gather and validate data, monitor performance and support business analysis, financial assessments and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Contribute to workflow digitisation, dashboarding, automation, approved AI tools and process improvements. Support financial reporting and audits through schedules, reconciliations and data validation.

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting experience, including good understanding of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and other accounting knowledges.
