Job summary

HPS PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior leader to drive front-end semiconductor process integration, technology development, and ramp-up activities. You will collaborate with foundries, internal teams, and customers to ensure successful process qualification and production release.

The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor process development, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Mandarin, with a track record of delivering complex technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 7+ years in front-end semiconductor process integration or technology development.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices, wafer fabrication, and process integration.
• Experience leading technology development, process transfer, or ramp projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to lead technical discussions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification and release of semiconductor processes with foundry partners.
• Serve as front-end process safe-launch owner during ramp-up.
• Collaborate with foundries to improve manufacturability, yield and stability.
• Lead new technology introduction and process-transfer projects across sites.
• Develop and manage project plans, resources, schedules and milestones.
• Provide technical leadership on process integration, readiness and supplier management.
• Identify risks and drive projects toward timely completion.
• Interface with key customers on critical technology programs.
• Build relationships with foundry partners and maximize support.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to meet objectives.
